How to Make a Christmas Wreath Centerpiece

We all have them laying around our houses, Christmas wreaths that are just calling for a brand new use. Today, I have a ten-minute project that will take your ordinary wreath from plain jane to absolutely stunning. I started with a plain wreath like the one below and added an assortment of floral stems and a gold holiday ribbon. Be sure to watch the video below to see just how easy it is to create a stunning tablescape out of a simple round of greenery.

Supplies

  • 4 Christmas Floral Pics in Your Favorite Color Scheme
  • Wire Edged Ribbon in Your Favorite Holiday Color
  • Something Tall for the Center

Step 1
Start by placing your wreath in the center of your table, making sure to give the foliage a quick fluff to make sure that it is nice and full.

Step 2
Wrap the ribbon around your wreath four or five times, hiding the ends of the ribbon under the wreath.

Step 3
Make a wire edged ribbon bow out of the same ribbon or an accenting one and attach it to the wreath. If you don’t know how to make a wire edged ribbon bow, check out this tutorial.

Step 4
Start inserting your floral pics into your wreath, with two above the bow and two below the bow.

Step 5
Place a tall candlestick or cake plate in the center of the wreath and watch as your guests lust over your ten-minute centerpiece.
