Benefits of a Compact Dining Table

Are you trying to pack maximum function into the smallest of function? Even if you have the smallest of city apartments, that doesn’t mean that you have to sacrifice style. There are so many incredible furniture designs out there that have taken small spaces into consideration. Today I am going to show you my favorite compact dining table, along with a couple of ways you could use it in your space.

Anderson Rattan

Anderson Rattan

The Anderson Rattan Outdoor Patio Barcelona Dinette is both lovely and innovative. This beautiful dinette set for two  has been designed specifically so that the two horseshoe chairs nest perfectly inside the oval table. The natural color of the wicker is neutral enough to work with nearly any color scheme and adds incredible texture to a space.

Balcony Dining
Balconies are a great amenity for many city dwellers but unfortunately they are normal too narrow to accommodate an outdoor dining table. That is a problem no longer. This Table is the ideal size for small balconies because you can keep it compact and against an end when not in use but when the mood strikes to enjoy a bottle of wine al fresco, you can pull out the seats and take in the view.

Studio Apartment
This table can be your foyer table and dining table in one. Place it under a window, right inside the front door, or on a long blank wall. Dress the top of it with picture frames, an artificial plant, and a tray for your keys or mail. When you have a guest over for a meal, put those items away and replace them with plates, glasses, and silverware.

Small Office
If you have an office that is small on space but you still need to hold a meeting with a client or two, this dinette is a great option. It looks like an oval table most of the time but when you pull the chairs out, it can quickly become an impromptu work conference table for two.
