Standard Return Policy: U.S. Customers Only

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item with the exception of custom built trees, closeouts and overstock items within thirty (30) days of receipt as long as the product is returned in a new and unused condition inside its original packaging. Please contact our customer service department at 1-888-532-0232 to receive a return authorization, RMA, number.

  • All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition
  • The product must be free from defects
  • You must have the original packaging for the item
  • There cannot be any writing on the packaging for the item
  • Packages must be sent back by customer via an insurable and traceable source. Ex: FedEx or UPS, or USPS with tracking and insurance. We can't be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • All items must be returned with their assigned return authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may delay credit. Please print your return authorization number email and place it in the box.
  • All items must be postmarked within 10 days of issuance of the return authorization

You can cancel items that have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, and you will have to process a general return.

Christmas Return Policy: U.S. Customers Only

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE. IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN TWENTY FOUR (24) HOURS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PRODUCT.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your Christmas item within thirty (30) days of receipt, or before December 20th which ever date comes first as long as the product is returned in new and unused-condition inside its original packaging.

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange. We will refund you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any shipping costs that we incurred to ship your order (this applies for free shipping items as well), and a restocking fee. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item.

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Any items returned without a return authorization number, RMA, will be refused and returned to sender.
  • If authorization for return is given the item must be returned within 10 days of issuance of the return authorization.
  • Any Christmas item purchased on or after November 22nd and before December 20th cannot be returned after December 20th . The 30 day return policy does not apply to these purchases.
  • Items purchased before Christmas cannot be returned after Christmas. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If your international shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to exchange or repair your item. We do not accept returns for international orders.

Refunds

All products with the exception of closeout and overstock items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange. We will refund you the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any shipping costs that we incurred to ship your order (this applies for free shipping items as well), and any applicable manufacturer restocking fees for select drop ship items. We waive restocking fees for exchanges.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note: we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.

Damages

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order and are satisfied it is complete.  If your item is damaged you must contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt of your order to file a claim.  You must save all of the packaging materials that were used for the shipment.

Rush Orders

All rush orders are exempt from our standard return policy. We do not accept returns for RUSH orders.

Closeout and Overstock Items

All closeout items are exempt from our standard return policy. We do not accept returns for closeout and overstock items. Items will be clearly marked closeout or overstock on the website.

International Orders

All international orders are exempt from our standard return policy.  We do not accept returns for international orders.  If your international shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to exchange or repair your item.
