Calculating Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated when items are placed in your shopping cart. We currently only offer shipping rates for Fedex ground shipments online. If you require expedited shipping, please contact customer service at (888)532-0232 for a quote.

Fedex Ground Shipping and Handling Charges
- $1.00 - $50.00: $9.95 Shipping
- $50.01 - $98.99: $11.95 Shipping
- $99.00 and Over: **FREE SHIPPING**
Standard Shipping
For silk trees or silk plants orders standard shipping time is 1 - 2 weeks.
Custom Tree Shipping
For artificial trees that require assembly and are marked "custom" on our website please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
Preserved Topiary and Trees
Preserved topiary and trees are preserved and finished to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
Expedited shipping Rates

- We will calculate and email you a shipping quote the same day with delivery options and pricing.
- Please e-mail us your approval to release and ship your items.
Hawaii, Alaska, and International Shipments
ArtificialPlantsAndTrees.com does not currently calculate shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska and international customers. If you have a freight forwarding company you would like us to use for your international shipment please e-mail the information to cs@artificialplantsandtrees.com. All orders will ship either USPS certified mail or Fedex. International customers are responsible for all broker fees, duties and taxes required to import our products into your country.
