Artificial Plants and Trees Christmas Items Return Policy

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE. IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PRODUCT.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your Christmas item within thirty (30) days of receipt, or before December 20^th which ever date comes first as long as the product is returned in new and unused-condition inside its original packaging.

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange. We will refund you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any shipping costs that we incurred to ship your order (this applies for free shipping items as well), and a restocking fee. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item.

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Any items returned without a return authorization number, RMA, will be refused and returned to sender.
• If authorization for return is given the item must be returned within 10 days of issuance of the return authorization.
• Any Christmas item purchased on or after November 22^nd and before December 20^th cannot be returned after December 20^th . The 30 day return policy does not apply to these purchases.
• Items purchased before Christmas cannot be returned after Christmas. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If your international shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to exchange your item for a new item. We do not accept returns for international orders.
