If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item under our general return policy with the exception of custom trees, rush orders, and closeouts within thirty (30) days of receipt as long as the product is returned in a new and unused condition inside its original packaging. Christmas items can't be returned after December 20th.
