If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please
contact a customer service representative for assistance within 5 business days of delivery by calling (888) 532-0232. Broken or damaged items will be replaced or you may elect to
have a store credit for equal value.
All sales are final for tall silk trees or custom orders.
RUSH orders are exempt from our standard return policy.
If for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, you may return any unused,
unopened, undamaged item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the item’s purchase price minus shipping and restocking fees.
