Customers have the option to checkout using Paypal, Google or all
major credit cards for payment of trees, plants & flowers.
We encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data arrives privately and
securely to its destination. Artificial Plants and Trees does not store your credit card information on our servers to protect your security.

- Shipping
Standard Product
For silk trees or silk plants orders please allow 2 to 4 weeks process your order for standard product.
Hawaii & Alaska Shipments
Currently our website does not calculate shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska.
The rate you will see during the checkout process is a US Domestic Ground shipping rate.
1. Place your
order through the shopping cart, we will only authorize your credit card during the checkout process.
2. We will calculate and e-mail a shipping estimate for your order.
3. Please e-mail us your approval to release and ship the items.
International Customers
1. If you have a freight forwarding company you would like us to use for your
shipment please e-mail the information to artificialplants@gmail.com
2. If you do not have a freight forwarding company, Artificial Plants and Trees has partnered with Bongo International to offer international shipping to our customers. There a few simple steps to get setup with Bongo and place orders through our website.
a. Click on the Bongo International link and open an account with Bongo International. They will provide you with an address within the United States (not a P.O. Box).
b. Return
to www.artificialplantsandtrees.com and place your order using your US address provided by Bongo International to make purchases at Artificial Plants and Trees and any other US retailer.
c. We then ship your order to your U.S. address. Once Bongo International receives your purchases they will handle all customs forms, consolidate all your packages, and securely ship your international order to you with confidence and care.
d. Bongo International can provide you a shipping quote for your international order. The quote is based on the weight of your order. If you want to know the weight of your
order before placing it with us, please e-mail us at artificialplants@gmail.com the products you would like to purchase and we will e-mail you the total weight of your order.
Custom Tree Orders
Special orders that come from China may take from 40 to 70 days to arrive our US
destination. Special orders that are made in the United States may take 3 to 4 weeks to process .
Custom delivery arrangements are necessary for tall silk trees 12 feet and taller.
Special arrangements are necessary to deliver our products outside the United States.
Please call our toll free number to discuss delivery options.
Call direct (888-532-0232) if you need delivery sooner as we
can put a rush on select orders or you can make arrangements for faster delivery at an additional cost offered by common carriers.

- Standard Return Policy
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE. IF YOUR
ITEM IS DAMAGED YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PRODUCT.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item with
the exception of closeout items within thirty (30) days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new and unused-condition inside its original packaging. Please contact our customer
service department at 1-888-532-0232 to receive an RMA number. All returns require an RMA number to be processed.
- All products with the exception of closeout items properly returned under this policy
are eligible for a refund or exchange. We will refund you the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any shipping costs that we incurred to ship your order (this applies for free
shipping items as well), and a 10% restocking fee. We waive restocking fees for exchanges. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item.
- Any items returned without a return authorization number, RMA, will be refused and returned to sender. Please contact
customer service to receive your RMA number at 1-888-532-0232.
- Once authorization for return is given the item must be returned within 10 days of issuance of the return
authorization.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
CUSTOM ORDERS: All sales are final for tall silk trees and custom orders.
RUSH ORDERS: All rush orders are exempt from our standard return policy. We do not accept returns for RUSH orders.
CLOSEOUT SALE ITEMS: All closeout sale items are exempt from our standard return
policy. We do not accept returns for CLOSEOUT items. Items will be clearly marked closeout on the website.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If your international
shipment arrives damaged, we will work with you to exchange your item for a new item. We do not accept returns for international orders.

- Tree Planters and Tree Containers
Containers/Baskets shown on select products are for display only. Some products do ship
with planters as part of the package when purchasing trees or plants. Please call if you have any questions with containers/baskets.
All silk trees or silk plants are delivered with a cement filled pot
with a plastic liner (non-decorative container) for support. The pot size is 6-10 inches in diameter and 6-10 inches in depth. Silk Trees and Silk Plants come with moss to cover the plastic
liner. It is best to call direct for information regarding our selection of planters and baskets.
